There has been much unverified speculation about Ardila’s affairs. In reality, he was acquitted of charges against him. It is the intention of this website to remove any supposed secrecy and to respond to historic speculation concerning the case of Ardila.

The Case

Pablo Ardila Sierra is a Colombian businessman and ex-governor of the Cundinamarca region. After a newspaper made a number of unfounded accusations against him, he was imprisoned for almost three years. He was later released and acquitted of all charges.
